STORIES

THE PAST RETURNS

When Chris saw the car parked outside his house, his heart started beating faster. He couldn´t believe she was going to see Samantha again. In fact, he couldn´t believe he was going to see her anymore.

Samantha slowly got out of the car and walked straight to his house. She had barely changed. Right now, Chris realized how much he´d loved her. He couldn´t avoid keeping watching through the window, amazed and fascinated by this image.
At that moment, something broke his hypnosis: Darling, don´t you hear the doorbell?- said Jane, his wife. He was absolutely absent- minded, unable to say a single word.
Jane put her earrings on, while she was staring at him in a strange way, and went quickly towards the door. Chris stood next to her, petrified.
 - Hello!, you´ve arrived sooner than I thought!- Said her wife. Chris, this is Samantha, my new workmate. Samantha smiled at Chris: - Nice to meet you, Chris.

Monolingual dictionaries allowed for the reading exam

Before I forget, let me remember you that the day of the written exam you are allowed to bring your monolingual dictionaries for the reading part. Sorry I didn´t tell you before.

Have fun with this video

Hi there!
As I´m always telling you the importance of good pronunciation I want to show you a video about what may happen to anybody who don´t distinguish between short and long vowels when speaking.
Enjoy!
