B2.1 Talking about names

 Riddle

I travel with you though I’m not your clothes,
I open introductions but never a door.
People give me, keep me, or change me for shows —
I can be a secret, or the thing they adore.
I’m on lists, on forms, and the first word you hear
When someone wants to know who you are.

What am I?
